Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about PACIFIC BANK, your account, and our services.
Institutional Overview
Unlike retail banking, Pacific Bank operates on a direct interbank settlement layer. We provide direct access to global liquidity pools, multi-signature custodial vaults, and proprietary clearance protocols (COT/TAX/IMF) that bypass standard consumer bottlenecks.
Pacific Bank is currently a private-invite simulation platform designed for demonstrating high-value wealth management workflows. While "Open Account" is accessible for training purposes, our production environments are strictly reserved for verified institutional entities and high-net-worth individuals.
Sovereign management implies absolute control over asset domiciliation. We leverage Swiss and Singaporean data legal frameworks to ensure that your assets are protected by the highest international standards of privacy and jurisdictional shielding.
Security & Protocol
This is our signature 3-layer verification protocol. COT (Cost of Transfer) verifies liquidity source; TAX (Compliance) ensures zero-liability reporting; and IMF (Institutional Handshake) finalizes the cross-border settlement with the receiving bank.
When you register, your device's unique hardware signature is cryptographically paired with your account. Any movement of funds requires a signed handshake from the specific verified hardware, preventing remote unauthorized access even if credentials are compromised.
Our anomaly detection engine monitors velocity and destination consistency. If a flag is raised, the transfer is paused at the "Clearing" stage. A Dedicated Private Banker will then contact you through your secure channel for voice/biometric confirmation.
Settlement & Liquidity
Institutional accounts start with a default daily limit of $5,000,000.00. These can be increased to "Unlimited Sovereign" status upon full verification of corporate liquidity pools or asset backing.
Once all 3 clearance codes are entered, settlement is typically instantaneous. However, some receiving banks may require up to 2 hours for local ledger reflection depending on their SWIFT versioning.
